Managed sale
Final sale price selects the tier. Third-party marketplace fees are deducted first, then our percentage applies to Net sale proceeds.
The initial 90-day Consignment period starts when the listing goes live. If unsold, we agree by email to a price reduction, extension, or Return; none happens automatically. We settle by bank transfer or PayID within five business days after marketplace funds clear and the buyer return window ends.
Customer-paid tracked Return postage normally applies unless Cardboard Grail caused the revision or Return.
Boundary rules: exactly $500 uses 7%, exactly $1,000 uses 6%, exactly $5,000 uses 5%, and $5,000.01 uses 3%.

You must own or be authorised to submit the items and provide accurate details and photos. Offers and estimates remain provisional until inspection. Material differences produce revised terms by email, which you may accept or decline. Sell settlement happens within five business days after inspection and acceptance of the final offer. Trade dispatch or exchange happens within five business days after inspection and settlement of the agreed cash difference. Consignment settlement follows cleared marketplace funds and the buyer return window.
